Happy 80th Birthday, Jim Dine!
What a better way to celebrate your career and birthday than to give a big donation of your artwork to the British Museum! Jim Dine, American Pop artist and member of SACI’s Artists Council, recently gifted more than 200 prints featuring imagery of his iconic bathrobes, paintbrushes, hearts, and tools in honor of his dealer Alan Cristea. A selection of these prints from the 1960s-80s can be viewed now at the British Museum in the Prints and Drawing gallery, with a major print exhibition planned there for 2017.
Currently, you can see Dine’s work in several international group exhibitions and two solo exhibitions:

Wetterling Gallery, Stockholm, Sweden
Jim Dine: 80th Anniversary Exhibition
